“Golden Scrap Tire” collects scrap tires of every size, shape and form from all of Northern California (Bakersfield to Chico and the Bay Area). We collect over 1/3rd of the tires generated in this area or about 4 ½ million tires per year. Our valued customers are tire dealers, trucking companies, school and municipality fleet maintenance yards, landfills, and gas stations, basically anyone who generates scrap tires.
 

At Golden, our focus is RECYCLING! Currently over 80% of our scrap tires go into useable end products. This includes crumb rubber, for use as loose fill playground and landscape cover and molded rubber products (RubberBark™ and Ag Mats - manufactured by affiliate company Ag Link, Inc.), rubberized athletic turf and asphalt applications.

Golden By-Products, Inc. is located in Northern Merced County, approximately 8 miles east of Turlock. We have been operating in Ballico for forty years in large volume materials handling businesses.
